Photographs and Supporting Materials

Please provide clear, recent, unedited colour photographs. Suggested images include the front and back of each bottle type, labels, capsule/foil/wax/closure, fill level, cork and neck where visible, bottle base and glass markings, identifying codes, complete cases or parcels, original packaging and markings, storage location, all damaged or questionable bottles, notable condition issues, comparison images where bottles differ, and an image showing bottle size and scale.

If the parcel contains numerous bottles, have you provided individual photographs or a clearly numbered inventory allowing each bottle to be identified?

Upload relevant purchase and auction invoices/catalogues, storage and temperature records, transportation records, customs or import records, insurance records, appraisals or valuations, authentication or inspection reports, producer correspondence, provenance records, inventory spreadsheets, and other relevant documents.
